Makasar - Raja Ampat Day 01

Oct 2nd, 2013 ...
My best friend and I left at 18.00 from the office and headed to airport to catch flight to Makasar at 21.50. We were in a good traffic on that day, good sign, I guess ...
Arrived at the airport an hour before boarding time, what a relief! pyuhh ...

-waiting- -- -waiting-

It seems quite long, waiting is not suit on me .. 21.50 Jakarta's time, we are ready to boarding!

one and a half hours later ...

Oct 3rd, 2013 ...
Landed safely at Sultan Hassanudin International Airport of Makasar. Time is shown 1.00 AM in the early morning .... hoaaaamm, then the time for "ngemper" has just begun ...

We looked for some semi invisible area to take a rest, but unfortunately, everyone took their own "comfort zone" already, and we missed the "comfort area" :(
so, we went to in front of the check in locket, sit on the floor, grab our bag and done photoshots ahahahahahahaha! killing the time by narcism.

3.00 o'clock we felt so hungry, our stomaches just screamed out 'krukkk krukk krukkk' ... then, we went outside to the nearest cafe which still open, but they only sold a bunch of bread. Almost eight hours in waiting ... then the time to continue our journey will start again.

It was 8.30 in the morning (an hour ahead compared to Jakarta's time), we went to the check in locket and will flight to Sorong. Two hours later ...


yeaahhh, touchdown Sorong! Our plane has just landed at Edward Domine Osok Airport of Sorong, Papua. Thanks be to God! We made it!

Our friend, his name is Deci was there when we arrived, he helped us so much during our trip. He drop us off to the "Pelabuhan Rakyat Sorong" to get our ferry, it took one and a half hour from Sorong to Raja Ampat.

16.30 Raja Ampat's Time ... We were there! We are in Raja Ampat, actually :D
How happy we were ...
How excited we were ....
It's just happened! It was great!

A guy named Kak Abby was there to pick us up and then drop us off in our homestay "Cemara Saleo Homestay".

Tired day, but also Excited day indeed!
